Our pork sausage meat recipe has been in our family for generations. Our qualified butchers select cuts from the fore quarter and trim to 80% visual lean before mincing through a coarse plate. This is then mixed with our secret recipe before being hand-tied into natural hog casing. Making these a very meaty and full textured Pork Sausage. These will taste very different to the usual mass produced sausages you can buy. Perfect for frying, grilling and BBQs. Suitable for anyone following a low fat healthy life.
Packaging & Delivery
At Deli Cymreig we take pride in providing you with produce that is in prime condition. Our current dispatch days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, so bear this in mind when ordering.
We deliver to the whole of the UK and Ireland on a 24 hour, next day basis.
All our produce is vacuum sealed and packaged in sustainable packaging from WoolCool, the natural alternative to polystyrene with greater insulation properties. Insulated using lambs wool, our packaging is far more environmentally friendly.
