Maple glazed collar of pork
Produced from Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher pigs sourced from the nearest local farm in Gellywen in Carmarthenshire. Our qualified butchers prepare the collars for the curing process, each piece is hand rubbed and left to cure for two weeks.
Once the curing process is complete we then hand rub with Sugar, Cinnamon, Pimento and ground bay ready to be cooked and sliced.
This product is ready to eat and perfect for sandwiches, salads or an accompaniment to a party platter as part of a dinner party.
Packaging & Delivery
At Deli Cymreig we take pride in providing you with produce that is in prime condition. Our current dispatch days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, so bear this in mind when ordering.
We deliver to the whole of the UK and Ireland on a 24 hour, next day basis.
All our produce is vacuum sealed and packaged in sustainable packaging from WoolCool, the natural alternative to polystyrene with greater insulation properties. Insulated using lambs wool, our packaging is far more environmentally friendly.
